To qualify for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
The item must be in original condition
All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
The request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Exchanges (No Cost)
Exchanges are accepted at no cost under the same eligibility conditions listed above.
Exchanges may be requested for size, color, or the same product
No additional shipping or handling fees will be charged for approved exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage
Items returned after the 14-day window
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Items missing original packaging, tags, or labels
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Approved requests will receive return or exchange instructions
Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear after processing
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
