Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided all eligibility conditions are met.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact

  • The request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required


Exchanges (No Cost)

Exchanges are accepted at no cost under the same eligibility conditions listed above.

  • Exchanges may be requested for size, color, or the same product

  • No additional shipping or handling fees will be charged for approved exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or labels


Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Include your order number and whether you are requesting a return or exchange

  3. Approved requests will receive return or exchange instructions

Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear after processing


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
